Ray Neal

Assistant Chief Ray Neal joined the Precinct One Constable’s Office in 2006. He worked in the Patrol Operations Division until he was promoted to Sergeant and then transferred to the Toll Road Incident Management Team. He concluded his full-time career in June of 2013 and began working as a reserve in the Precinct One Reserve Division. He was soon promoted to Assistant Chief. Chief Neal’s certifications include Instructor and Master Peace Officer. Chief Neal directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of the personnel in the Reserve Division within the Precinct One Constable’s Office. The Reserve Deputies are all fully licensed Peace Officers and have the same duties and powers as a full-time deputy, the only difference is these deputies volunteer their time and do not receive any compensation for their service.
