Toll Road Patrol

Harris County works in association with the Harris County Toll Road Authority and other County Law Enforcement Agencies by contract to enforce state and local traffic law on the toll-way. Precinct One is specifically responsible for the South Hardy portion of the toll-way. The focus is to ensure safe and constant flow of toll-road users, while ensuring that impediments that could cause major incidents are minimized through diligent patrols. Precinct One also exercise the responsibility for the apprehension of toll road violators and the safety of toll road employees.
