The Harris County Precinct One Animal Cruelty Division is a contracted position with Harris County through the Houston Area SPCA. Our Deputy works side by side throughout Harris County to investigate and facilitate the recovery of abused and neglected animals as well as the prosecution of persons responsible for the violations. This division works in conjunction and as a team with the Harris County District Attorney, County Attorney and SPCA.
