COURSE DESCRIPTION: This dynamic course of instruction is designed to prepare the first responder to tactical considerations prior to entering and searching buildings. This course will cover shooting and moving, threshold evaluation, concepts and principles of team movement, setting up for and room entry techniques, approach and breaching a location.

• Bring water/gatorade and snacks to stay hydrated during the training session
• ATTENTION: Please remember to bring your own hearing, eye protection and duty rig.
• The morning classroom portion will be conducted at the Northwest Vol. Fire Dept.
• The afternoon practical portion of the class will be conducted at the HPD SWAT Deck.
