COURSE DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this course is to expose officers to techniques which are tactically and legally sound in regards to handcuffing.
The course is hands-on and physical exertion will be completed through kicking, kneeing, and punching bags. This will help personnel maintain officer safety while encountering individuals and to safely effect a lawful arrest.
Class size limited to twenty (20) students.
Must be commissioned with a law enforcement agency.
