Statement from Constable Alan Rosen regarding Precinct One, federal partners arrest two in $39M personal protection equipment fraud scheme

Authorities with the Harris County Precinct One Constable’s Office and the FBI executed warrants and took Caleb Jordan McCreless, 32, Richmond, and Christopher Luke McGinnis, 39, Spring into custody today. The men are charged with conspiracy to commit and committing wire fraud during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both are accused of claiming to have access to medical-grade nitrile gloves for medical personal protection when they didn’t have any gloves at all.
