COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course will show you how to provide field training for new employees in any law enforcement discipline. Our goal is to transition the new employee from a classroom setting to the actual hands-on job. The course includes training in instructional techniques, coaching and evaluation, remedial training, and record keeping.
